Voice Tools

Voice Tools respects your privacy. The bot processes audio and text only to provide its features (text-to-speech, transcription, and related voice utilities).

• Audio data: Voice received from Discord channels is streamed to OpenAI for transcription and is not stored long-term by the bot.
• Text data: Messages and prompts you submit are sent to OpenAI to generate speech or other responses.
• Server metadata: The bot stores minimal configuration (server ID, channel preferences) needed to function.
• No selling of data. We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond what's required to operate the bot.

For OpenAI's data handling, see their privacy policy. To request data deletion, remove the bot from your server or contact the maintainer.

By adding Voice Tools to your Discord server, you agree to the following terms.

• The bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• You agree not to use the bot for harassment, illegal content, impersonation, or any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service or OpenAI's usage policies.
• Server administrators are responsible for how the bot is used within their server, including obtaining any necessary consent for voice transcription.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time without notice.
• The maintainer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the bot.

Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
